I just got my hair cut by Yune yesterday day and I just wanted to say he did a FANTASTIC job. I'm always skeptical because I've received so many bad hair cuts, even when spending $50+. I will definitely be back to see him! Bravo to the cut on such straight hair! Thanks Yune!

Edward is my fourth stylist at Gene Juarez Tacoma (two left the company, one was kinda boring) and he's been cutting my hair for about 4 years now--great conversation and style every time plus the world's best scalp massage during the shampoo--worth the money! Teja does a great balayage and uses her artistic painting skills and her time to make sure it is natural looking and perfect! Love them! Won't go to anyone else!

I LOVE MY HAIR AGAIN !!!!!!! Adriane is my colorist and Katie my stylist, they are fantastic !! I came in wanting a new updated style, they listened to me and made suggestions. I was treated like a rock star from the minute I walked in. I mentioned to Adriane that I wanted a spa day and she gave me a tour of the spa area and all the amenities. I cant wait to book my spa day! This place is pricey but I think it is well worth every penny. I love my hair again!!

5 STARS ALL THE WAY! I have been going to this Gene Juarez location for over 11 years (Bobbi & Heidi ROCK) they are just as nice and accommodating today as they were that long ago. A little pricey but worth every red cent!

My husband sent me there, as a birthday treat. A very nice place. People are friendly, the service is great. A little bit pricy though. The massage therapist is very nice. The Swiss shower is relaxing and fun. Will try the hair cut next time.

I started going to Gene Juarez in the 90's when I first became a flight attendant based out of SEA. I loved it then..& on a layover here.. I went back..& took my chald:-) worth the price... I got Jae.. He became my new local Asian bestie:-) he's an amazing designer.. A listener.. Took his time w my locks... Made it all pretty for my date that nite... :-) ask for him...& make a resevation... Cuts start @$47 and climb.. No kidding.. Worth every cent..

After visiting the In-Laws I wanted to freshen up my hair before I went back to NYC with some more highlights. I came to this salon after being refferred to it and I loved it! Although in the mall, which is nothing wrong, but as soon as you step into the salon it's like coming into a whole different atmosphere. They treated me with respect and kindness. I go here for all my beauty needs. My waxer is Bobbi. She is super nice, very very quick, professional, and does an excellant job. She currently does not have a regular schedule, but she is worth working into your schedule. For haircuts, I see Lescha. She is sweet and does an excellent job. She has fixed my hair when I tried other outside stylists and always makes me look fablous! I always get asked who does my hair after seeing her. For the best hair cuts, waxing, and massage services look no further! I love my desinger! Her name is Drew and she is awesome. She always makes my hair look fabulous weather she is cutting my hair or doing an updo for a special occasion she always knows exactly what to do and really takes her time. As for colorists, I love Carmen. She is so friendly and makes my hair look beautiful and not brassy which is hard when you are dealing with dark hair. The spa here is amazing too.
