My experience is that of many, oversell! Deep cleanings and gum poking, always, and the one that is bothersome are over charging! They signed the contract with Delta not me, so stick to the co-pays in the contract. I pay my share in monthly premiums to have the insurance.
So I am a member of the Active Duty Dental Program and thought this office was in network. When I found out that they were not, I canceled my appointment and made one with an office that was in network. The office immediately called me back and told me they were now in network and would like for me to keep my appointment so I complied. As an active member of the military I do not pay for my benefits. My cousin just got her wisdom teeth extracted from here. I'm giving them two stars because yeah, they extracted her teeth and it went fine, but the lead up to the procedure was horrible. Originally, her appointment was at 3pm and when they called to confirm the appointment time, they changed it to 12 and gave no explanation as to why the change happened. This is the absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a dentist office. Horrible customer service, horrible dentistry, horrible business office. Have held insurance payment for 4 months yet send payment notices every month. Dentist work was the worst I have ever seen and having another dentist repair their work. Front desk rarely answers the phone and when they do they make endless excuses as to why they can't do their job. Avoid at all costs!
NO RESPECT FOR TIME. Why schedule an appointment, if you do NOT adhere to it!!!! My appointment was at 10:00 am. I showed up 10 mins BEFORE, filled up the paper work in 10 min. Waiting here from 10:10 to 11:30 before they can even call inside for X-rays. Inside, after the x-ray, wait for another 30 mins before an hygienist shows up for cleaning. This is crazy!!!!
Today it's the 6th time they don't make their promise and cancel our appointment without any agreements! And call me to demand me to go to there with the time they liked!!! They are very rude and horrible! This is America!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE billing and office service. I had a procedure done almost 4 years ago that I thought was all taken care of. I paid my portion and was told that my insurance covered the rest. Last month I get an email thanking me for signing up for online billing, which I never did. I cannot even log in to see this bill, when it is due or how much it is for. DO NOT come here. I came and waited from 10:50 am to 12:30 pm and they told me they were able take me in at 12:45 pm. My appt was at 11 am for cleaning. I waited for 1 1/2 hr and still couldn't get my teeth cleaned. I walked out of the clinic at 12:30. I also cancelled my son's next appt. I took time off from work and they obviously didn't respect my time. There's also a change in management. All the old dentists from 6 months ago have all left.
This place is horrible. I just transferred to this office from another gentle dental office. I called them at least 5times before my file was transferred well. The first day on my appointment , the first thing they did before I got ortho treatment was charge me on retainer and couple of months more treatment even I still have two months paid months.
