I have tried to reach someone on the line from Gexa for 2 or 3 days now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've called the "corporate" number as well to no avail. I need assistance with a billing issue.

I just did an audit of sorts on my electric bill. I've been using Gexa Energy since April 2018. From 2018 to 2019 my usage increased slightly below 13%. I rounded high. However, my costs increased just slightly above 29%. I called and spoke at length with a supervisor (Rosa) who, in the end, said, "It is what it is". (I'm paraphrasing). BTW, I'm in Houston. I’ve stayed on the phone waiting for a soul to pick up on the other end for over 5 hours. I signed up for the service and instantly regret it. Ive been trying to cancel the request all day. Just a complete waste of s company, failure all around. I’m waiting for them to send me a bill so I can raise all hell.

I have been a customer for 2 months now. I had questions about my first full bill and wanting to understand credits applied and how the total amount is figured as the bill breakdown is not very intuitive. I have sent 5 emails in the last 2 weeks and called 3 different "customer support" phone numbers. The only option in any of these phone numbers is to get through 6 or 7 automated stages only to find 2 options, pay your bill or be redirected to *****. Their contracts are very confusing and misleading. I just renewed a contract and I'm willing to pay the price to go elsewhere!

I have been trying to contact your company for 2 days and have spent 4 hours on the phone! That is unacceptable! We have been baited and switched with our electricity plan. I will be contacting the ****** ******* ********** ** ***** and Better Business Bureau on Monday, Aug 19 if I have not spoken with someone. I am calling during normal business hours. I will also be reaching out to corporate Gexa.

After over 10 years of service with Gexa, our contract price went up 60%. After spending multiple attempts across 2 days and more than 4 hours trying to get in contact with a representative on the phone, we were basically told there is nothing that can be done. I am not pleased at all with how extremely difficult it is to get ahold of a representative at Gexa, and do not feel like a valued customer. I closed my Gexa account in October 2018 because the plan was not clear; if I used between 500-1000 kWh I was charged per kWh, but if I went even 1 kWh over 1000 I was charged a flat rate of $185 and this was NOT made clear when I signed up for the service and was so desperate to get out from under this company that I was willing to pay the cancellation fee of $150.
