In a prior update, I was able to copy and paste phone numbers from this application to a web browser on my phone just to verify if the caller is legit. Now I cannot copy the number.

this piss me off so much I been trying to download it for over 40 min a wifi connection and is glitching on a computer. horrible sevice

In April RC could bill me. In May they've been declined numerously. I called my bank. RC is BLOCKED due to FRAUD TRENDS & block can't be lifted! Check BBB site! 11 vendors in May were able to bill me. RC must call bank to discuss THEIR FRAUD. INSTEAD reps left msgs while I'm working that I need to call my bank WITH them to fix my "card issues." THEY SHUT OFF MY SERVICE! If you screw up O.W.N. I.T. & F.I.X. I.T. But this is how a fraudulent co. operates! Canceled my service & calling lawyer.

I use the app for work calls on my cell phone since I am always on the move and never at a desk for long. Lately, the app has been very annoying and kicking me offline for seemingly no reason. Once I switch to using my phone data it will work for a while, minutes to hours, but then it will once again kick me offline. I will then switch back to the business Wifi and it will work again for a time then kick me off. I know I can remedy it by just switching back and forth but, I shouldn't have to.
