Too many bugs. Says text messages failed to send but doesn't say why they failed or what else to do. Call reception completely drops after 30 seconds and you have to call back to resume. Taskbar indicator always says there is a new message regardless of whether or not that's true.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced... Unfortunately I needed to cancel service, nothing to do with their ability just a change in our business...I good approval from ringcentral while dealing with them on chat and have screenshots of the conversation, a month later nothing! After HOURS on the phone (mostly on hold) so many emails (unanswered) Everytime I create a case they automatically email is resolved. I have in writing cancellation approved. Another blow off in response above.

SMS is not working, and their support won't respond. I have spent hours on this and now need to sit down and spend hours more trying to get a hold of ringcentral. Very close to just porting my number out and closing my account.

I cannot always see my keypad when on a call . when I answer calls I can only sometimes put them on hold. app opens in a variety of ways even when doing the same action
