Hate to publicly call this company out but RingCentral just shut off ALL of the phone service to my ENTIRE COMPANY because my bank had accidentally flagged a $15 payment to RingCentral as suspicious. Our phone service (including our emergency line) has been off for over 24 hours while they are making us FAX (yes I said "FAX"... a tech company telling us to fax them in 2026!!!!!!) a credit card authorization and we have to wait a week to get a document via snail mail from our bank before RingC...

I have discovered that Ringcentral switched my main phone number to an unauthorized phone number. I have been threatened because people have called and said rat i have been calling them constantly from that number. I have addressed this issue with ringcentral and filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and this issue is still not resolved. I have missed calls because the app does not notify of incoming calls even though all notifications settings are on in the mobile and desktop apps yet neither lets me know someone is calling. How can this be fixed?
