absolute rubbish. desktop app fails to load. will shut down randomly when loaded. mobile app fails to log in. absolute joke of a tool.

Very hard to see call history or contacts and the help topics refer to things that aren't even there to see

I cannot recommend this app due to its high fees and the limitations placed on ringtone selections, particularly for users in the United States. It is inconvenient to be restricted to a specific ringtone designated as a 'Business' tone by the app. for what they charge you for a month you can get a better system on a AI operator can transfer the calls and take calls

Both the website and the app are buggy as hell. My phone says ring central is using my microphone even though I am not using it. Force closing the app does nothing. My microphone is still in use by ring central.
