horrible. you need to turn off all permissions for your contacts. it reads each contacts info to the point where someone has tapped into 3 contacts and they received random packages from Amazon with nicknames assigned. No other business app has access to these contacts from my ohone

Way too much. There is Ring Central and there is Spectrum Business. Both are FULL of info and stuff to navigate way to big to fix basic issues. Two apps with a log in for each device is just STUPID. The last agent I spoke with told me several customers have had the same complaint. Set up has been ridiculously complicated and too many phone calls to tech support. Also, when you open contacts, it shows you your company phones. you have to click over on "personal" to see business contacts. LAME!

Absolute WORST customer support. my account got disabled for no reason and got an email for service abuse. when i tried to contact the support team and even wrote email no one knew what to do and nothing was resolved. Absolute waste of money
