My company name is Alpha Bridge LLC. I have been using their call service for more than 3 month. Their call service is extremely good. I wanted to use their sms service and apply for TCR registration. When I had a conversation with them, they said it would take 5-20 business day. Now it is more than 1 month and still the sms service is not active. I frequently communicate with them, but they aren't giving me a solution. I badly need sms for my business. I am extremely disappointed in them.

So bad on a Google Pixel 9 Pro! When I try to make a call using the app, or when I receive a call, sounds cuts in and out every 1 second - pretty much renders the app useless. Also happens on Pixel 7, and 8 Pro. I also have the same app on an iPhone 12 Pro, and it works fine. So it's not the network, nor T-Mobile - it's the Android app. I've spend countless hour on support calls, running tests, submitting test files, etc. Absolutely frustrating.

call quality is lower and more unavailable than regular phone calls on the same phone. most of the time it's acceptable but I would say it's about 85% accounting for dropping calls, calls unavailable, and bad reception

Texts aren't working on my laptop or phone

Good features but 3 things hurt the score: 1) notifications of messages & missed calls don't consistently come through or show on the icon, 2) calls go to dead air or have a bad connection at least 10% of the time, and 3) incoming calls sometimes ring only once or twice on the receiver's end.

I've tried and tried to create an account but I've just gone round in circles! I entered my email address when requested and, before I could enter a password, it attempted to log me in, then complained that my non-existent password was wrong. The only option was to tap the Reset Password button, which I did. I now received an email containing another Reset Password button, so I tapped this, but it then complained that it was an existing account, and I was not offered a chance to enter a password
