Everything i have downloaded this app to use for my work phone, I get announcement pop-ups on my phone. I have a coworker who has had this app on her Samsung phone, and she has not experienced this issue. I had it a long time ago on my old iPhone, and this never happened. As soon as I delete it, it stops. Something is terribly wrong with this app. Just now, trying to write this review, a pop-up came through, and it interrupted me.

Terrible. I can't find a way to get anything other than the dialer pad screen. There's no way to configure the navigation options. On top of that RC support seems to be clueless

I need a app that gives me a phone number so I can get verification codes. This app advertised that it can do that and it doesn't give you a phone number.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this app. They have high fees, and it’s frustrating that they restrict you to certain ringtones, especially if you're in America. Why should you have to use a specific ringtone that the app pushes as a 'Business' tone?

After over 20 years using Ring Central, there service has increasingly gotten worse and worse. This time without any notice they turned off my account stating the card was expired. I have not been able to get my account back up because I can not get into the account to update the card. When calling them, they had the same problem so now I have been waiting more than 24 hours for someone to contact me so I can get my account up and running again. Its been a nightmare!!!

I have to clear the cache before making EVERY SINGLE phone call. Why? This is annoying and I'd rather just use my personal phone to make calls now. 🤦♀️
