RingCentral is the worst VoIP service provider on the planet, too bad I'm stuck with them through my internet service provider, otherwise I would never have anything to do with RingCentral of any kind I wouldn't even call one of their phone numbers!

The App (Android) is terrific & very feature rich. I do have a major problem with the level of support though. The text message option was selected as a feature that we wanted for my line, but wasn't activated. After waiting several days just to get the line activated (after numerous unanswered messages), do I now have to wait days for this?
Please avoid this company if you can. They lock you into a term-plan, which auto-renews without your knowledge for the entirety of the original term. It is the usual call centre experience, whereby their reps indicate there is nothing you can do. Please view their Trust Pilot reviews. Terrible company with exploitative practices. Update to Ring Central: You claim that you clearly explained the terms of our contract. This is simply unfounded. Good try.

Trapped in a legacy 2-year contract that someone else signed over 10 years ago!!! Can't remove any licenses and paying thousands on a plan that is more expensive than any current plan offered. Even though they don't make those types of contracts anymore, the account team is forcing us it to stay in it so that they can make more money - even though they know it will cost them our future business! They could care less. If that doesn't say the quiet part out loud...
