Buggy. Call recordings and closed captions randomly stop working.
The app kinda works but the phones and service suck. Your lucky if it connects half the time.
Shared files can be opened but not downloaded, 😞
I keep getting "Transfer Failed" everytime I try to transfer a call and since I can't put the person on hold and try to transfer at the same time, they're just sitting there listening to me fumble trying to get them over to who they actually wanted to speak to and then hang up. What is going on??
Too much bad experience
The customer service provided by the agents is exceptionally poor. They aim to defraud you, thereby failing to guide you effectively. Their attempts to converse in professional terms, which are often inadequate and unhelpful, demonstrate a lack of professionalism.
Absolute garbage app. I will get a call alert on my computer a full 30 seconds before the app will ring on my phone for me to answer it. It usually rings after they have already hung up or not at all. When it does happen to ring normally, it will say connecting and then not answer about one out of every 4 calls. Do not get yourself locked into a contract with this company.
