Trapped in a 2-year contract that someone else signed 10 years ago!!! Can't remove any licenses and paying thousands. Terrible phone provider.
Please avoid this company if you can. They lock you into a term-plan, which auto-renews without your knowledge for the entirety of the original term. It is the usual call centre experience, whereby their reps indicate there is nothing you can do. Please view their Trust Pilot reviews. Terrible company with exploitative practices.
I can't complete activation of my account. It crazy. Second day I'm trying to fill out credit card information with different cards but it shows me some error. I called to Support but got into voicemail loop. They only answered me RingCentral is a lead of cloud..... but no one answered. They couldn't even configure their own voicemail. Website doesn't work properly. Sales trying to sell me super expensive plan when I asked easiest solution. My friend works with them and pay more that expected

The RingCentral app suddenly requires intrusive permissions. Just to join a video meeting, it now requires permission to identify all nearby devices and access to the phone permission. Neither of those permissions were required until recently. Until they remove these intrusive required permissions, I need to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I might even have to uninstall RingCentral, as the app now refuses to do anything unless you give it these intrusive permissions.

this app does not allow you to send photos be on a certain size. the size restriction is ridiculous with modern camera phones especially when you consider that every other texting app can handle that same size RingCentral says it's too large.
