I use this for work. Was doing fine until about 3 weeks ago where all calls coming in and going out are not connecting. Apparently it's an issue with androids?

Got stuck into a 2 year contract without knowing. I was tricked into thinking I was signing up for a month to month plan by the sales representative. Come to find out, he had sold me a 2 year contract. Don't let these people get you!

Canceled and they continue to charge. Trying to cancel or get someone on the phone is a giant time suck

It tries to steal your contact list. After they send you an email asking you for your credit card information. Sketchy!

Lies and tricks to bill you more, sales team and cancelation team both work in unethical ways. Trail is a scam, it comes with a 1 year contact and has heavy cancelation charges. I called them at the end of my 30 days trail and asked to cancel. They offered me a 3 month free extention of trail. when I called again 30 days or so later. They say cancelation can only happen within the first 30 days. I even told them I did not need this within the first 30 days but was mislead into 90days extension.

Horrible app and expirence. This company resigns contracts without notice and just charges for a terrible customer service with horrific technical support. An absolute sham of a company that steals money like they deserve it. Never use this service!!!
