Lies and tricks to bill you more, sales team and cancelation team both work in unethical ways. Trail is a scam, it comes with a 1 year contact and has heavy cancelation charges. I called them at the end of my 30 days trail and asked to cancel. They offered me a 3 month free extention of trail. when I called again 30 days or so later. They say cancelation can only happen within the first 30 days. I even told them I did not need this within the first 30 days but was mislead into 90days extension.

Horrible app and expirence. This company resigns contracts without notice and just charges for a terrible customer service with horrific technical support. An absolute sham of a company that steals money like they deserve it. Never use this service!!!

So they hid behind fancy words and manipulate you into a contract. ( so there was never an extension of trail according to them it was just tricks into making you wait more than 30 days to cancel)
