Trail is a scam, it comes with a 1 year contact and has heavy cancelation charges. I called them at the end of my 30 days trail and asked to cancel. They offered me a 3 month free extention of trail. when I called again 30 days or so later. They say cancelation can only happen within the first 30 days. So they hid behind fancy words and manipulate you into a contract. ( so there was never an extension of trail according to them it was just tricks into making you wait more than 30 days to cancel)

Doesn't stop other incoming calls on phone so starts ringing loudly while you're using it if someone rings your SIM

2024 and you guys are missing a basic option to search something in the message conversation? There is search in message list, but why no search in message conversation?Cheap free apps have this simple option why ringcentral being a total paid app doesn't have this?And please don't tell me to write to support, as i have seen some reviews and you guys just copy and paste to mail your support team i have clearly mentioned my issue here and that is it. If you can't fix this then this is just weird
