Sometimes the phone won't ring, you have to sign out and back in, but you won't know until you miss a call. Sometimes, it will not make calls, you'll have to restart the phone entirely. And the weirdest issue, I used to be able to put the phone on speaker while the call was connecting, but now it forces me to wait for a customer to answer to put it on speaker, why?

UPDATE 012624 Wifi only otherwise useless. Verizon carrier in a city. Solid bars. RingCentral tech support tells me to call Verizon.??? Looking for alternative.......................... PRIOR: When I answer the app I can hear 10 words then nothing. The call does not disconnect. Just nothing. Exited the app. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Ring central recreated my user and it's still happening. Very unprofessional

This app is so frustrating to use. I use it for work, and it's always a relief when I make it through a call. I use the app on a Pixel 8 Pro, and it constantly drops calls, disconnects Bluetooth earbuds mid-call, and the audio quality is all over the place. These are issues I don't seem to experience with other phone apps. Definitely not an app/service that I'd recommend at this point.

When using Android Auto, calls disconnect after a few seconds. The app is trying to using the Android Auto Wi-Fi connection. The inconvenience is having to turn off Wi-Fi each time before answering or placing a call.

Like others, the app only works on Wi-Fi. I have tried many different settings in the app without change. The calls drop as soon as it tries to connect. This happens on incoming or outgoing calls. Technical support only reads the script. I miss the days when the service worked properly.

I signed up for this fax service, and there was an error message. I spent two hours on the phone with customer service to try to get it to work. The guy kept asking the same questions over and over again. His first language was not English. I asked to speak to his supervisor about the situation, and he refused. Put me on hold for 30 minutes. I think he was hoping I would just hang up. Which I eventually did. Don't waste your time! I was never able to use it! Terrible customer service.
