The app is rather clunky and heavy: it takes over 500 MB in the phone internal storage (and cannot be stored on the sd card). For comparison, Google Voice that does similar things uses less than 100 MB. I wish there were a separate, light version that has only phone, text message and contacts functionality.

With the 12/20/2023 update I lost the ability to connect the phone with my headset (ears only) even though phone messages in the app plays fine. As does all other apps on my phone. I hope tech can figure this one out.

I'm so upset. I had an interview...or so I thought. It was a scam who was using this platform for the interview. How could you let this happen on your platform....if its suppose to be for work then have steps in place to protect users

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will start a ticket and close it without ever calling you back. The supervisors even refuse to call back. They take your money but never service their products. Good luck with this company. I can't wait to switch companies

The app is heavy and taking too much space not like other apps of the same category, the problem that it's laggy, You need to make a lite version of it, that just make and receive calls and SMS.
