They used to be great. Every company I have worked in, I have referred ringcentral. But I recently signed up in February 2024. It has been a nightmare for the company I am currently working in. Their customer service is worst. Account manager never respond you back. Every week my account has new issue and no one is able to help out or escalate to help you resolve. Not able to trace a complain department. Never ever going to refer their service again.

I am simply asking for a search option in message conversation 😞 just a simple thing. You are giving me a link on how to search people in the chat list. I am asking for searching option, where I am having a conversation with my colleague and we are discussing about a ticket and I want to look for that ticket number after a week, I just have to scroll and keep looking for that number, why so complicated? Why no search option in conversation? Is it rocket science? Is that so hard to understand?

Call quality is so bad for me it's unusable and unreliable. Audio cuts in and out, calls drop in the first 5 seconds usually. Tried over Wi-Fi, mobile data and the cellular network. I have heard the same complaints from other users in my company. I've reached out to support but they have been no help. The forums have been a better source of support but other people having the same issue have not found a solution. It's unfortunate because I really like RingCentral's product for business.

I use it on my computer and my phone. But everytime I take a phonecall while using earbuds, the app didn't recognize them. It only happens with wireless devices or airpods. And it's kinda frustrating because sometimes I need to continue working and I have to stop to hold the phone. I can make a call and they work fine, it only happens when I receive it. Could you guys please check?

NO THE SEARCH DON'T WORK AT ALL, IN THIS CONVERSATION-NO RESULT So the message feature is very useful, we are a msp company, and we use internal messaging both on desktop and mobile apps, but why is there no option to search for things in the chat message? Like we were messaging about a ticket and after a while we were not able to search and find ticket we were talking about :( why can't there be a search/find option in the messages?

We are getting ALLOT of oir customers saying our phone number is showing up on caller id as spam or scam likely. Apparently this is a ringcentral wide issue. In fact, whenever they (ringcentral), call us it shows up on our caller id as spam likely. Ringcentral doesn't appear to be fixing the issue, this is obviously terrible for business, im exploring leaving ringcentral,have no choice if they wont fix it.
