Text feature does not work and it's been over a week and they have not resolved the issue Update I already had contacted texh support nd know it has been mire then 3 weeks a.nd waxh time they said they are escalating the issue...not sure to who somce I still cannot use my text function and it is impacted my ability to work!
Can not make phone calls while using a Bluetooth device. Very frustrating if you drive a lot because of the Bluetooth problem.

Changed from 5 starts to 2 starts instantly. Why? Because now I have to click a hamburger menu to access my texts. It's not just *there* next to the call button like it used to be. I can't text my clients as easily now. Or see them easily. I'm only giving it an extra star because the rest of it is great. This one little thing makes my job a million times harder.

Drops calls constantly
Everytime I try to use tus to make a call, it says I have no Internet connection and is completely useless to me. I hope my company gets rid of this product and it's a waste of space on my phone
This app is being used to steal people's information. Stay away from it!! Update: it appears that that apps developers are ok with it also. I emailed them and await their response!
Not able to change the call status or phone status, whether I'm on Wi-Fi or mobile data or both. Got stuck with DND! Not even able to raise a complaint ticket!!
