Never could access as I was never able to login to my account. I have tried to cancel by reaching out to them and keep getting charged. I don't recommend unless you want to be scammed.

Calls bounce around too fast, making it hard to answer. Sometimes,they half ring and bounce as well. Then, sometimes,ur alerted to a missed call that never rang to you. Sometimes u answer ,and you can't hear the person on the other line (this happens a lot). When calling out some times, you get a weird noise instead of the ringing noise, and you never know if it actually rang to the person cause you end up in their voicemail every time.

Doesn't work well with Samsung Flip! Glitchy answering and dealing with calls on flip phone

While on the call, if I change the app to a different app (ex. Notes or something), it would mute the call so the other person cannot hear while I'm getting notes or doing a different task at the same time. This is weird. What if we need to note down something while on call using RingCentral and you can't even step away from the app?
