Support is horrible! When you are finally able to get ahold of someone, they repeat everything you say back to you 2-3 times and treat you like a child. Then, you are asked to email support for help. That is wonderful if you don't need help right away, but as we all know, when we are reaching out for support, we need it now, not 2-3 days from now. Most businesses get better over time, not RingCentral. I still can't get into user management for 2 days now and can not get any support. Total fail!

They just renew the contract without telling you, I ended up paying a lot for the last three years. There are alot of cheaper options. Please do not fall for RingCentral.

App works fine BUT, My Tracking protection software cought over 1200 attempts to track me and my info from a hidden app (Mixpanel) embedded into this Ring Central App. Not Cool!!!

Sometimes when a call/text comes in, it doesn't ring or wake the device to show the phone is ringing. Fix this!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS A SCAM They offer me a business phone number under cancelation anytime. Not they don't want to cancel my service until 12 months. THIS IS A BIG SCAM.

Text feature does not work and it's been over a week and they have not resolved the issue Update I already had contacted texh support nd know it has been mire then 3 weeks a.nd waxh time they said they are escalating the issue...not sure to who somce I still cannot use my text function and it is impacted my ability to work!
