We use this app for an office setting where it's convenient to have your personal phones to answer calls. However, there are so many dropped calls, transfer issues, static, in and out conversation. Call in to help and they just blame our Internet service. Customer service is rude and you spend days and hours on phone with them, only to have them yell at you and never accept any responsibility. My advice, look for a different phone service.

I have to have this app on my phone for work. Saying that, I have to constantly change my personal text messages back to SMS or the person I am trying to talk to will not receive my messages. However, it is a great app to use for my job.

Can't Call Out Every call I try to make, no matter WHAT number I dial, it rings my PERSONAL phone like that's the number I dialed

Sometimes the phone won't ring, you have to sign out and back in, but you won't know until you miss a call. Sometimes, it will not make calls, you'll have to restart the phone entirely. And the weirdest issue, I used to be able to put the phone on speaker while the call was connecting, but now it forces me to wait for a customer to answer to put it on speaker, why?

UPDATE 012624 Wifi only otherwise useless. Verizon carrier in a city. Solid bars. RingCentral tech support tells me to call Verizon.??? Looking for alternative.......................... PRIOR: When I answer the app I can hear 10 words then nothing. The call does not disconnect. Just nothing. Exited the app. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Ring central recreated my user and it's still happening. Very unprofessional
