Is this company going under or do you just not provide any customer support? I've sent multiple emails, tried to call, live chat. Literally nothing works. Can't speak to anyone. It's like this company has gone under and they're just squeezing every cent they can get

Overall poor quality, sometimes messages don't arrive, calls drop and the user interface looks like Windows Vista.

If I didn't have to use this app for work, I wouldn't use it at all. Connection during an actual call ALWAYS drops and disconnects whether I'm on data or wifi. The only thing that works is the texting.

Terrible service. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can't just push the bottom. You can't cancel it in chat. You have to call and wait a lot of time, 1-3 hours. Terrible service.

Slow! Too many times it takes forever to get a Live Vie, while it defaults to an older photo option instead of current.
