If I didn't have to use this app for work, I wouldn't use it at all. Connection during an actual call ALWAYS drops and disconnects whether I'm on data or wifi. The only thing that works is the texting.

Terrible service. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can't just push the bottom. You can't cancel it in chat. You have to call and wait a lot of time, 1-3 hours. Terrible service.

This is the worst ever app, I called them multiple times asked for cancelation, they said they will charge cancelation fee, we agreed but they keep charging my credit card. Bunch of scammers

I hate this app it deletes itself out of my phone almost every single week so I have to re-download it and then it takes about 15-20 minutes sometime Steven log into it by then I'm already late for class and now I'm about to lose my child because of this one class and is completely out of my control 100% I hate this app I was never good at something else I do not recommend this to anyone
