I have been promised a call back over 16 times still no call, phones rarely work and i am still being overcharged significantly. For years it worked amazingly well the last year has been terrible and the phone system and tech support have basically stopped working consistently

I've been with ringcentral for about 6 months now and I still haven't used the service. When I signed up I wanted my current business phone number to be transferred across - not done. Instead I'm given a new number with an area code 25 miles away.

For the love of all that is sacred, STOP LOGGING ME OUT!! I use this app with my business phone number and it should never log me out - especially without notifying me. I've missed so many calls and texts recently because I've been logged out without knowing it. This is a PHONE APP; it should work like my phone. How am I supposed to receive calls when it randomly logs me out???

It's not user friendly. It should be easy to find fax number in the app or portal and how they tell you to find it still you can't find the tabs! There has to be an easier way to find this! Efax is better option

So this app, which is by definition installed on a cellphone, will not use the cellphones speakers and instead tries to connect to Bluetooth speakers when I want to talk on speakerphone? That right there is a triumph of app development.

I can't even tell you how many calls I've missed because the app didn't notify me, or I heard it ringing but see nothing. Team meetings are impossible to get through without everyone's computers freezing intermittently, or completely. Makes it very hard to know what anyone's saying when you can only hear every 20th word. If I didn't have to use it for work I wouldn't use this app at all.
