RingCentral won't leave me alone; customer service is relentless yet unresponsive. Specifically, they will call, text, and email asking to help me setup my service (already done), but when I reply to the emails and texts asking not to be contacted again, NOBODY responds, and inevitably, the cycle repeats with more calls, texts, and emails. Once I was called before 8am!

They may have a great product, but their cuatomer service is horrible, shipped me phones with no power cords, had call 4 different times, spent 20-40 mins each time on hold. All they have are excuses and no solutions, no accoutability whatsoever.....plenty of other voip systems out there with the exact same feature and no rude customer service reps who don't have a clue or a care about your needs as a customer!!

Can be useful, but lacks functionality for staff who need to be able to toggle between multiple sites for outgoing caller ID. This is really important for patient outreach in a clinical setting because people don't like to answer calls from unfamiliar numbers/organizations... Can be a barrier for timely patient care. Request is in with Ring Central, to make this improvement in functionality - fingers crossed!

I actually liked this app til I realized u can't block anyone or delete anything. That alone annoyed my soul. It was job scam that kept messaging me and I could not block incoming texts or block the contact. Fix the blocking part of the app please because who wants to be harassed. I then check the info that was sent to me from Ring Central, and it was no help at. You can't block anything. So please don't reply unless u can block ppl. Not sorry.

Has been terrible, never connects to calls and will never tell you if you missed a call or message. Then when off shift it constantly dings with messages but not when I'm at work, only when I'm not actually working will it notify you of anything. Now I can't even install the app because it's so bad

The app goes on mute while I put it in speaker mode. The person on the other side can't hear anything when I put my phone on speaker mode. They are able to hear me when my phone is not in speaker mode but there is a lot of noises.
