App keeps dropping in and out. Even with a fast wifi connection. When I call from my cell it will not allow me, at times, to put on speaker. Starting to get really annoying

App doesn't 'Ring' when call is incoming, if it updates app will do nowt until you click through the update/what's new screenshots. I am frequently missing calls, which is the whole point of the app being on my mobile. My phone will vibrate once the caller has hung up. Immensely frustrating and a huge step back, also been going on a long time. I have to force stop, clear cache, the app will work for that day only. Pixel 5.

Hi Ben, a lot of times this is because the call handling of your calls is set up to ring in a specific order for only a certain amount of time, for example, making it so your mobile is only ringing for two seconds before forwarding to a desk phone to ring. Now what are you going to do ring central? It's all coming out in the open that you lock businesses into contracts promising sms capability and functional service through mobile data. But you fail to provide what you advertise. Ring central is TERRIBLE. Terrible service, even worse customer service. Dropped calls, poor quality. WE HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR THREE MONTHS AND STILL CANNOT TEXT OUR CUSTOMERS. we create case number after case number and no one cares. Don't get ring central!!!

The onboarding process was great! The app and customer service since then has been atrocious (1 hr+ waits). The app literally told me it couldn't find the link to go from it's own dashboard to it's dialer. Oh, and they disabled texting for most of my lines without telling me (wasn't the new mandatory requirements because some of my lines were fine). I didn't find out until I started getting customer complaints.

Good grief... why is there no option to disable 'auto answering' when connected to bluetooth??? Tired of calls being answered while I'm in the middle of something. Edit: this is with the mobile app on android. It can't be an android setting that I'm aware of - no other calls do this, just those coming in from within the ring central app. And within your app there is no option to change or disable this.

Tracking app, tracks every app you use and everywhere you go. As soon as I discovered the app does this, I wrote this review and am now uninstalling the app. Update: Developer responded. Didn't deny they are a tracking app, just that "We take your privacy ...". Yes, yes they do take your privacy. Stay away from this app.
