SHADY PRICE TACTICS. You have to grill the representatives very hard to get them to admit the plans have pathetic SMS/Text limits that and then CHARGE YOU PER TEXT. THOSE TEXT LIMITS: - 25 per month ESSENTIAL PLAN - 100 per month STANDARD PLAN - 200 per month PREMIUM PLAN This is not mentioned ANYWHERE in the pricing chart that has tons of details yet manages to forgo mentioning this. So your CC jist starts getting charged. This should be illegal not to tell you ahead of time.

I almost never get notifications of new messages on the app. Notifications overall are spotty. All my settings are adjusted and still doesn't work

Pretty unusable if you have a smartwatch and bluetooth headphones, because the app doesnt have a way to differentiate between the smartwatch and the bluetooth headphones. So calls get sent to the speaker on the smartwatch.

Good grief... why is there no option to disable 'auto answering' when connected to bluetooth??? Tired of calls being answered while I'm in the middle of something.

The old app worked way better. I'm not sure what changed but calls do not consistently come thru on the mobile app and it seems like the connection has gotten so unreliable that im lucky if 70 percent of my calls are without sound issues.

When I answer the app I can hear 10 words then nothing. The call does not disconnect. Just nothing. Exited the app. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Ring central recreated my user and it's still happening. Very unprofessional

This is a poorly developed app. The Bluetooth constantly cuts out and the volume without headphones is too low. It's embarrassing to take sales calls for my job using RingCentral. VoIP is useless.
