I have tried to install ringcentral app many times on my phone using goggle play store but it didn't install.

Hi Seu, please try clearing your Google Play Store Cache. 1. On your device open the Settings app 2. Tap Apps & notifications, see all apps 3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Store 4. Tap Storage. Clear Cache 5. Tap Clear data 6. Re-open the Play Store, and try your download again.Thanks!

Drops calls frequently. On a gigabit high speed internet connection, this thing still can't maintain a call for longer than 3 to 4 minutes. Moving over to the computer can use RingCentral just fine on the same internet connection.

No human help. Work texting not working for almost a week and no human contact. This is for many people. Help chat is only a computer. They collect my money and keep charging more and more, and I get less and less. When texts are working, they charge me for each text. Painful.

I use this app for work and right now it's not working. First time having an issue in a Monday morning. This sucks.

Everything was good with the last update but now I can't send text messages to some numbers I guess Verizon's. I don't know but this is very frustrating and causing me communication damage everyday.

Most of mine and my co-workers texts are NOT going through and it's been VERY frustrating due to the work we do. The phone calls have never been great, but I use the texting feature all the time. A fix would be amazing!

Receiving and making calls have resulted in loss of wifi signal, LTE, and 5G. It will turn on and off as well as cycle thru all these signals. Resulting in phone call being dropped.
