Ring Central has been the most awful experience we have had since opening our business. Totally not worthy to even try it. They increased the rates for text messages to a ridiculous high price and never took the time to inform us. Non professional customer service and irritating department manager's, it was a nightmare getting rid of them. Don't recommend at all.
Bluetooth does not work
How are you going to have an app that suposedly allows me to keep in contact with my company that won't even let me sign in on either of my two phone or tablet? The sign in button just goes on forever and doesn't actually give me the chance to sign in

Absolutely terrible company. Never worked from the get-go and I called in and called in on numerous times with no success. After finally giving up and switching companies, they refusing to let me out of my contract in are insisting that I pay full price for the remainder 10 months. Customer service is mainly outsourced and it's hard to find in proper English-speaking person to talk to, very rude, and did absolutely nothing to help me. Verizon one talk is what I changed to

There are so many better and cheaper options than this. Worst thing is that they request payment for the whole year instead of monthly, i guess its because they know people would cancel them after a month of use so they secure the bag that way year in advance. Cant wait for next year so i can change this for good. 300+$ just so they can ask for extra $ if i want sms bundle....

I downloaded this app to obtain specific info to setup my RC account. It sent me back to the web stating the action couldn't be done through the app--the very definition of useless.
