RingCentral works to make and receive calls but that's it. We have had so many issues with them over the past year, including very bad call quality, and their support has been absolutely terrible. Most of our queries have never been resolved to satisfaction. This has impacted our business and I regret our decision to ever move to them.

This app is useless as it constantly disconnects the network connection and calls cannot be made. Answered calls get disconnected soon after answering because of the drop of network connection as well. I have deleted this app as it is garbage. Smoke signals would be a better form of communication. EDIT: Theybjust sent me instructions that did NOTHING. THIS APP IS GARBAGE! 8/28/2022 APP continues to be garbage constantly dropping netowk connection. GARBAGE!!! 9/1/22 APP continues to be garbage!

Fake paid reviews and scam, praying on the people in need. Creating fake jobs on indeed and requiring them to download the app for interview. The amount of fake jobs posting to promote this plus fake reviews and a app that crashes all the time and glitches. Why would I use them when we already have a amazing Google video, chime by Amazon plus Skype which is trusted and easy to use.
