The last few months have been horrible. Extremely frustrating how much these consistent problems have affected our company. I USED to recommend RingCentral but the past 6 months has been horrible. After 4 years with RingCentral we are now looking for a different company because RingCentral Staff obviously do not care to fix these massive problems.

Not Android Compatible.The app "works" on Androids seems to be the tag line of this app.My company switched to this and I've had problems from day 1.All my coworkers with Androids are basically giving up using this app.Having my phone connected to any Bluetooth communication device (car, buds) prevents the audio from working.I can pick up, but can't hear anything. Btw, your location of buttons when entering a call is pretty horrible. Edit to one star after their worthless reply to turn on Blueto

Hello, please try clearing your Google Play Store Cache. 1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Settings app 2. Tap Apps & notifications, see all apps 3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Store 4. Tap Storage. Clear Cache 5. Tap Clear data 6. Re-open the Play Store, and try your download again.
No matter what I did. No matter how much a trouble shooting in settings. It says its not on silent. I could not get the app to ring. I did not receive one call until after it was already missed because I could not hear it. My sound works everywhere but this app. This is the worst app in the history or Ring Central.
