Hello, I am trying to log in thru mobile and desktop using my other email but it keeps on giving me an error msg "Account is disabled contact your account administrator" Both were just recently downloaded. I am logged in the website

Just old , glitchy and bad overall. Their contracts keep their retention and reinstate themselves automatically and you can't downsize your number until your contract is up and hasn't automatically renewed itself. It also doesn't always catch all your call recordings. I was told that that is just the way it is. The call tracking is not good for me either.

Has this been updated since the last message almost 3 years ago?? My company has used this service online for the last 10 years. I had the mobile version, ring central phone app & it worked great until the 'Ring Central' update was forced on me. The ring central phone app allowed me to listen to voice mails from clients, on my device, anywhere. Now It's a hassle. This need to be fixed asap!!

The ap has been horrible lately. Half the time people can't hear me when they get through and the call log and voicemails are taking forever to load
