I too have been experiencing dropped calls due to poor network performance on my new Google pixel 6 pro phone in a very robust 5G coverage area, I never have poor performance network issues outside of the RC office app. It's only when I see the app the calls are very choppy and garbled. And yeah, I KNOW, IM GONNA GET THE TYPICAL CANNED RESPONSE "WERE SORRY YOU ARE EXPERIENCING THESE ISSUES,PLEASE REACH OUT TO ENGINEERING OR SUPPORT" GOD FORBID THE CALL DROPS ONLY TK START over with another tech.

I was talked into porting my toll free number over to RingCentral because I was sold on their "great customer service". Their service costs double my old service. I was told they would cover cost of $40 to port my number over. After 3 tries and being put on hold for 20 to 30 mins each time. I have yet to be reimbursed or even have a couple simple questions answered by "great customer service."

Calls frequently don't even ring. I have contacted support several times and all they tell me to do is to reinstall the app.

Up until about a month ago this app was okay. But now, I can't stand it. I even hate the idea of having to open it up for work. I've asked for a company phone because I want this off my personal phone. It glitches all the time tells me that I have an unstable network, which is bull. I can't switch to speaker or Bluetooth until I actually answer the call. I am constantly having to re-optimize my Samsung phone as it freezes other apps unless turned off.

they will keep charge you even when they sent you an cancelation email, call to your cc to dispute the charges will be faster, be careful before you give them your cc info even if they will said we just need it to keep it on file
