App not ringing on my device or showing sms. Nothing but issues with this app so far.

The mobile app has improved for Android, but I still experience audio delay only on incoming RingCentral calls. Incoming external seem to be ok. Turning off WiFi seems to help a little, but it sucks that I have to be off WiFi my entire work day (I work from home). There is an option to use carrier minutes only for outgoing. That has prevented audio delay, but still an issue for incoming.

Wouldn't download at all!!

Terrible. The calls drop, sounds like you're on a walkie-talkie and they give you hell to cancel them. Overpriced low quality. Bad customer service.

If it were possible to rate this app any lower than a single star, I would do so without hesitation. I am an attorney in a busy law practice, and this phone system is so profoundly incompetent and inefficient, I'm shocked the firm pays any money for it. I would suspect that there are free services out there that perform better. I'll guess that in response to this review, I'll receive a patronizing reply and direction to the same technical support group which is inept at addressing the problem.

What a thiefs and scamers! I paid upfront for a 1 year plan with unlimited calls and messages. First 6 months messaging system didn't work at all (no excuses), they fixed after numerous of phone calls and complaints. Now on 10.24.2022. They tried to charge me $24.82 for something without my knowledge! This is not how you run the business!

I can answer calls and get 5 seconds of talk time before the calls stall out. It's almost every single call.

Ringcentral is so glitchy. They've been around for too long to have so many gremlins in their system. No matter what setting I select, this app will vibrate my phone for every call. That's the fastest way to a dead battery. Thanks ringcentral. Oh, and your tech support sucks too.
