Small business entrepreneur using RC app for 200 to 300 calls a month now. My experience with RC app, it's been intermittently below expectations. Due in part to data connectivity issues failed call connections; if calls connect, dropped call are high. While on calls in progress; voice fades in and out intermittently. Voice latencies exist with 100% of calls, but for that you can adjust your speech speed and simply allow your caller to lead the call. This way you don't step on their convo.

80% of the time, when making a call through the app, it rings once and goes to dead air. Garbage. My main use was so my cell number isn't put out there in the course of my business. I STILL have to call directly through my cell phone. Useless

Recent update, and now when one of our work phones decline a call, it does not keep ringing on other phones?

They don't have technical support, you'll just get a bunch of prompts from a robot. My audio quality really sucks when I use ringcentral.
Suddenly my S21 when receiving a phone call through RingCentral not only rings with the RingCentral ringtone, but also vibrates simultaneously with the ringing. I cannot stand that vibration. How do I get it so it just rings I don't want simultaneous vibrate and audible.
Worst app ever. I used ring central for sometime and then I had an issue using ring central and it took their useless Tech support team 1 month and still they were unable to resolve this issue. They charged me twice for the service that I was unable to use. I have all the proofs all screenshots everything. Never ever recommend RingCentral tjey are scammers.
