Since the update, it is not allowing me to log in. It just turns black and does not even show yhe option for me to enter my email and password. What's up with your app? Very terrible.

It will not allow me to download app. Once it load up it act as if nothing was downladed

Hi Melanie, please try clearing your Google Play Store Cache. 1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Settings app 2. Tap Apps & notifications, see all apps 3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Store 4. Tap Storage. Clear Cache 5. Tap Clear data 6. Re-open the Play Store, and try your download again.
I created an account and got disabled for no reason then I created a new one, same thing happened. For real this app is trash. Don't recommended it

Just implemented. My google has 2fa. Sign in with Google and get requested for my 2fa code. Switch to google authenticator, grab my code. Switch back, the ring Central app has sent me back to the start. Massively infuriating. Why, why, why are you sending me back to the start. Unbelievable. Now I have the grab the time limited code before clicking login, super quick type in my password and hope I can get to the 2fa code screen before it changes
Why do I join a meeting unmuted? Why doesn't it save my name?

Hello, automatic mute when joining is a setting you can enable: https://support.ringcentral.com/video/joining-scheduling/joining-ringcentral-video-audio-desktop-web.html. Your name should be pulled from the account you're signing in with. If you are joining without an account, you will need to enter your name.

READ THE FINE PRINT OF YOUR CONTRACT, PRINT IT OFF AND UNDERSTAND THE CANCELLATION POLICIES BEFORE PAYING FOR A FULL YEAR. Only pay month to month especailly if you are going to rely on the mobile app that has connection issues. Print the contract because they will not offer it up again and there is no access to a document you signed years before. Make sure you record all your conversations with them because they WILL try and upcharge you for services that you dont need.
