Worse update ever. I agree with the review someone posted previously. I have to reopen the app every time to reload the pages. A waste of time!

Can't put phone on speaker until a caller picks up, which is stupid. The app crashes and doesn't load messages, call logs, and etc on Samsung phones. It is perpetually stuck in a loading cycle for messages, call logs, texts, and etc. I can use other functionalities fine. A multi billion dollar company can't even do basic UI.

The customer service sucks! When trying to setup your phone system, they will keep you on hold for 30+ minutes and play games. Continually asking for your pin, phone #, last 5 of your drivers license and then ask it all again. Eventually, you might get the guy with the thick Indian accent to help you out if you're lucky. Or, you'll hang up after waiting an hour.
It will not allow.me to download the Mobile App. It keeps giving me errors of not being able to download to my Android mobile phone.

After updating the new version ,the app is very very slow right now to open the txt message and the call history.

Update is making application worse, lower, doesn't charge the information, it takes forever to update recents calls (just restarting the app info come up) same thing with Windows version....🤐 It was better before.

This new update is horrible it is slow and clunky. Logs no longer automatically pop up they have to reload each time you change screens it's very disappointing running on a note 20 ultra that everything else runs perfectly. I've been using the service for a long time and this is the worst update ever!
