This app really, really, really, really sucks. It drop calls 100% of the times. I don't know how any business can survive using this app. If I could give it negative stars, I would

Calls frequently don't even ring. I have contacted support several times and all they tell me to do is to reinstall the app.

Up until about a month ago this app was okay. But now, I can't stand it. I even hate the idea of having to open it up for work. I've asked for a company phone because I want this off my personal phone. It glitches all the time tells me that I have an unstable network, which is bull. I can't switch to speaker or Bluetooth until I actually answer the call. I am constantly having to re-optimize my Samsung phone as it freezes other apps unless turned off.

they will keep charge you even when they sent you an cancelation email, call to your cc to dispute the charges will be faster, be careful before you give them your cc info even if they will said we just need it to keep it on file

For Android it gets a 1 for iphone I'd give it a solid 4. Android it just doesn't work well

RingCentral works to make and receive calls but that's it. We have had so many issues with them over the past year, including very bad call quality, and their support has been absolutely terrible. Most of our queries have never been resolved to satisfaction. This has impacted our business and I regret our decision to ever move to them.
