Most incompetent company I've dealt with. The cc form has been hell for me I can fill it out but they want me to have the cc inside the file and my pr card. I offer to merge the files so it's one pdf file but nope they need the cc and PR images inside the form (idiotic backwards system). Now I'm going in loops to figure out why adope pro trial is giving me issues. Worst company, wish I was informed of other alternatives. Customer service is condecending when answering questions. Horrible

This app used to be really good. Lately when I make calls it rings once and then stops. When people call in I cannot hear them. But both ways of calling they can hear me but I cannot hear them.

calls drop, too many spam calls, sometimes texts don't go through. Find a different app.

It won't let me answer calls, and those that it does let me answer can't hear me because the call is breaking up. However if I switch the call to my laptop they can hear me clearly. This issue has been going on for a year now.

Misleading marketing!!! I was told to beware of this company, but I gave them a chance over other major company. They have setup my account calls on one email and messages on the other email. So, now my clients cannot text me and I cannot text them back. Problem exists since I opened account and they didn't offer any solutions to fix the problem. I paid $450 upfront for the whole year and I received just a part of what I paid for. Customer service is helpless, go with someone else!!!

It started out fine. But now it's been acting up. Calls not getting through, dropped, can't hear you. It's been going on for months. I've emailed them several times and nothing. Terrible. Update from March: I don't see any difference. If not it's worse. There's a delay. Cuts out. Super annoying when you're talking to clients. Is RingCentral taking this seriously?
