The phone service is fine but don't be confused by signing a contract with these people. They changed their side of the agreement without having any additional contracts being signed and raise their prices and breached the contract without any concern for their customers? And while it was only a few cents, what they should have done was waited for their previous contract with you to expire and then on the second issue or reissue or third reissue they could have amended the contract but didn't

Text messages just randomly stop working so often that it is hard for me to make contact with clients if they aren't able to take a phone call or don't check their vmail.

It's good when it works, but it almost never works. But EVERY client reports echoing ok their end, so bad that they can't focus on what they're saying. And half the time, an outbound call will ring once and then just stop completely. This app is terrible.
