The customer service sucks! When trying to setup your phone system, they will keep you on hold for 30+ minutes and play games. Continually asking for your pin, phone #, last 5 of your drivers license and then ask it all again. Eventually, you might get the guy with the thick Indian accent to help you out if you're lucky. Or, you'll hang up after waiting an hour.
It will not allow.me to download the Mobile App. It keeps giving me errors of not being able to download to my Android mobile phone.

After updating the new version ,the app is very very slow right now to open the txt message and the call history.

Update is making application worse, lower, doesn't charge the information, it takes forever to update recents calls (just restarting the app info come up) same thing with Windows version....🤐 It was better before.

This new update is horrible it is slow and clunky. Logs no longer automatically pop up they have to reload each time you change screens it's very disappointing running on a note 20 ultra that everything else runs perfectly. I've been using the service for a long time and this is the worst update ever!

Only get about 5 seconds of talking before the line goes silent. Stear clear of this app. More bugs then anything.

It has started acting up. My whole call log goes missing, calls going through but no voice until I hung up and redial and sometimes, it won't even ring. Incoming calls won't get through.

Have you EVER tried calling in to your own system to see what it's like for customers to get assistance? Many minutes pressing buttons, listening ad nauseam to a computer ask meaningless questions, never getting connected to the right person, and then finally getting disconnected. Only to have to start all over again. It's sickening to have such a horrible customer service experience in 2022.
