Bad communication, bad business practices! Be careful RC is charging for received/sent messages! They changed their "Policies" which is understandable but what is not, is not even sending 1 email about it. We had a 1+ year of business relationship and our "account manager" solution was "you can buy a bundle" their web page is misleading customers, if you can, Please stay away from this app!

RingCentral app has taken over my speaker in my phone. I can only hear videos , etc when the app is open and in a meeting. Otherwise I cannot hear videos or notifications of texts. How do I solve this? I have contacted Samsung about the issue.

Rarely works as intended, doesn't text well, tremendous lag and phone CPU load. Don't need the features they are selling. Don't care. But I have to use it because work switched from 8x8 which is a far better application.

Glad I won't be using after this week...phone calls don't ring through frustrating when you are on call and have to constantly check voicemail....finally found I could forward to my own private cell and calls would connect also it used all my mobile data. Get the kinks out

The recent calls doesnt update quickly. Sometimes I have to exit the app to see my last call and call back again. Its inconvenient and time costly.
