What a thiefs and scamers! I paid upfront for a 1 year plan with unlimited calls and messages. First 6 months messaging system didn't work at all (no excuses), they fixed after numerous of phone calls and complaints. Now on 10.24.2022. They tried to charge me $24.82 for something without my knowledge! This is not how you run the business!

I can answer calls and get 5 seconds of talk time before the calls stall out. It's almost every single call.

Ringcentral is so glitchy. They've been around for too long to have so many gremlins in their system. No matter what setting I select, this app will vibrate my phone for every call. That's the fastest way to a dead battery. Thanks ringcentral. Oh, and your tech support sucks too.

I noticed that the app is a little clunky and slow I tried to load the app on my phone Huawei phone and noticed that it's asking me about my country and sitting in that mode can you tell me what's going on this would be a good product in the Canada sector but it needs a lot more work

I can dial out 1 put of 20 calls. The other 19 just don't do anything, but the people I'm calling get the call. There isn't an error message.

Meeting recordings are not great. The primary 2 reasons I pay for this app are recording the calls and recording meetings. After the meeting is recorded, converts to mp4 it zooms in on people's faces making the meeting quality distorted and unpresentable. I called their tech support which routed me to EU tech support, one rep told me because I was routed to EU he has to put me back in the CUE, then another EU rep answered, and he put me on hold for about an hour and then hung up. Poor service.

I'm experiencing issues with the login webpage, it keeps in blank for that reason I'm unable to log in with my user :(

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Bought 3 office lines for the annual price and Ring Central ended up selling one of the numbers I bought to another person. I had to report it as fraud and it took over 3 months for them to get me an answer while I was paying for the service. I only got a response after about 10 emails etc. once I included the CEO on the email. The fraud department never even responded to me over a span of 3 months. This started back in June of 2022 and I still don't have a refund.
