Also having issues with incoming calls. Checked to be sure none of my settings changed. You have to login thru Chrome and allow notifications. 2 days later, same issue. This is a time consuming workaround and there is no way to know when this needs to be done until the issue pops up again. Looking for a new provider. Update after support ticket: their solution is for us to only be logged into one app at a time. Apparently multiple users are not supported despite paying for multiple users/ext.

Fixed the issue. 2 days later, same issue. This is a time consuming workaround and there is no way to know when this needs to be done until the issue pops up again. Also having to pay for text messaging now when I didn't before is ridiculous. Looking for a new provider.

Ironic that an app meant to make and receive calls, routinely falls to connect calls and sporadically decides not to notify me of incoming messages. It boggles the mind.

Worst company around. With all the money they've made they've lost it all by not fixing their customer service department. I noticed my phone was working. Called them but they never called back. Took them a week to tell me they wanted more money. I lost 3 weeks if work due to this company. Removed account. Will never refer your company. I'll keep posting until you're out of business or you change

This app hijacked my phone and made it impossible for me to use my regular phone I had to remove it, not happy that this is my doctor's way to connect with me, putting it on probably going to have to take it back off so I can use my phone, not a good experience at all whatsoever!
