The whole system lags! Taking a phone call is painful because it doesn't matter if you have full service, the app is spotty and I'm constantly dropping calls or switching over to my personal number. This is one of the worst system I've used for work!

Terrible. The only thing ringing is their cash registers, their phones(which they won't take back. and good luck trying to sell em) won't...despite hours & hours (& hours) of trouble shooting, attempting to have them remote in and being passed around like a hot potato. I was told it would be easy, I provided every detail of our setup and triple checked with multiple people that said it was no problem and we'd be up and running in no time. It was a huge problem and they could not have cared less.

Most of the time customers can't hear me, lately messages don't go through or they are delayed by hours

App always has issues and the only solution is to un install and re install it! Fix the problem!

Constant issues with notifications working and phone working. Miss a alot of texts and phone calls when your never notified that they are coming through. Have went through all the notification menus on both phone and ring central. Nothing makes a phone call ring through. Except at very random times. No help from anyone. Automated service everywhere telling you to do the same thing in every article. For selling this as a business platform. This is not professional. Pixel 6 Pro. Android 12

The app is refusing to download even after deleting apps, because of it I had to use a different device. Definitely don't recommend.

Works good most of the time, however tech help is hard to get. Calls keep dropping and only solution is uninstalling and reinstalling the app bc live help is useless.
