Total waste of time signing up. Went through the entire process and payed for a year in advance. Noticed mms/sms was not working so I called. After about 45 min I was told than I needed to fax a document with my license and credit card.. Nothing during initial sign up required. Name and address all match. No explanation could be given.

Unfortunately there are bad actors out there that try to misrepresent themselves as legitimate companies. When SHAKEN/STIR was implemented, many of these companies moved to using SMS. As part of the vetting process to protect our customers and prevent these users, we may require customers to verify their identity.

I have an app now that identifies & blocks app trackers & found RC has been relentlessly trying to track me in partnership with several 3rd party data compilers. This data often includes sensitive data like my current cookies& gps location. I stopped using RC weeks ago & no longer need it, so having over 500 tracking attempts a day from RC is sick-far worse than most apps. Also, I installed RC (not my phone mfr) but now I have no access to delete it-only disable. Just wrong! Stay away!

Very bad service we make too much customers on this platform but now we can't be able to send msg... Our msg is not going through... We call the company but they didn't resolve our issue. Very very bad service

This has been fixed. Now I have another question. Why can't I view the HUD on my Android cellphone app? Calls are dropped on my cellphone. It rings once, I pick up and there is no one there! Happened several times in the past few days.

Hi Tina, HUD is available in Beta for Android. It should be under Phone - Head-up Display (HUD). Make sure you're on the latest version of the app to ensure you have access to this beta feature.

Please add Preview option in the incoming messages or fax, to view the fax document without downloading it, waiting for this option to be added in the next update

Hi Sachin, received faxes should be able to be previewed in app by clicking on the line item under Fax. You can then download the app by clicking on the download icon in the top right corner of the preview. Hope this helps!
