Why is it not possible to use RC Phone anymore? How can I use it again without using the RC app?

Hi Luca, the mobile RingCentral Phone app has been retired and replaced by the new unified RingCentral app.
Horrible connection, people can't hear, delays in audio and loyalty of feedback when talking. Unreliable. Very disappointing
I get bill charges be sms 0.95 cent. I have package for unlimited call and massage. Charges came in my account when i call they have no one available to help. I wait for 5 days for my account manager to send email they dont call any more. Not easy to get help from them.
