It started out fine. But now it's been acting up. Calls not getting through, dropped, can't hear you. It's been going on for months. I've emailed them several times and nothing. Terrible.

Terrible. This business has no idea what they are doing. There used to be 5 apps you had to install manually. Now it does it automatically but there are still 5 different UIs that get switched between seemingly randomly.

Hi Esther, can you try clearing your data for the Google Play Store? This usually does the trick. To do so go to System settings - Play Store app - Storage - Clear data.
Won't ring all devices at once or ring primary phone first then mobile app.

Whenever i get a call , it's not working. Sometimes i need to call the same number 2-3 times and then will work fine.

This app is vital for our business, and we daily change who is on the call queue. The latest update requires us to re-enter the "after hours" forwarding number every time we make a change. For the past 9 years the app prepopulated this field with the number previously there. Now I have to enter and re-enter this never changing number each and every time. I wish RC would get back to focusing on quality telephone software instead of everything else. Edit. - I have sent screenshots as requested.
