Just registered and got a dirty phone number. I received a sms from Russia, which i have nothing to do with. Which triggered a charge of $23.53. i had to disable all sms until my old number will be ported

Dose not let me turn app off on my Galaxy S21. Iphones can shut app off but I can not.

My notification settings say that they are on with sound and vibration. But they actually never make a sound nor vibrate. I just randomly get the icon in my panel.
