There is NO WAY to silence this app on your device. I spoke with their customer service and the only option would be to input hours of operation. THAT DOESN'T HELP. I've never had this issue with another app. It's useless at this point.

I have been very frustrated by the lack of Bluetooth headset support in RingCentral. This is the only application I have ever used that refuses to obey standard Bluetooth call control functions.

Worst customer service. First, when you sign up It's not CAD$24.99/month per user. Only if you have 2-50 users and pay a year in advance. So I paid a year in advance, over $500. Now they won't enable SMS until I send them a photocopy of both sides of my credit card with the middle numbers and CVC blocked out from a fax machine, NO email. Cancelled, feel like I'm being punked. Who has a fax machine? Not worth it. Next, disconnected after 51min when trying to complain about it.

Stay away from this company. There service doesn't work. Half the time the phone doesn't even ring. You just get a missed call notification.

Works fine but will sometimes keep running in the background and will not let you adjust your volume keys properly, gets stuck trying to adjust your call volume instead.

Awful sound quality, cannot adjust call volume.

Evertime I go to connect a call it will disconnect my internet over wifi and lte.
