Don't waste your time. Had a nightmare experience recently when porting out a number. Three conference calls with myself, Verizon Port Dept, and RingCentral Port Dept all on the line verified info six ways to Sunday. Always comes back "mismatched info" and they decline. Low and behold they scheduled to release the number the day after the new bill cycle and they charged for another month. Next morning after hitting my bank the number is transferred. Like I'm an idiot and can't see! NO 👎

Incoming calls say contecting then say call ended. Missing so many calls. I push to answer but it just not connecting.

Things are working much better with the app. However, it's inability to properly self configured based on Bluetooth settings is a disaster and it's going to get someone killed. It's a reasonable expectation is that when you answer the phone the dialer application is aligned with system settings. RingCentral has simply not got this fixed.

Starting today I can no longer forward my lines on the app, I recieve an error message. Spoke to customer service and they didn't even help. The rep stated it was a problem with the update and I had to use the desktop version to forward lines. Why even offer the app if you can't even get it right? This is a huge inconvenience.

This company is stuck in the stone age. Can't recieve text messages. To make changes on your account you need to print out a form and fill it in and scan it and send it to them...

Honestly wish my employer would choose a different service. Texts don't go through more than half of the time. Especially if it's longer than a sentence (not even exaggerating). I don't receive calls from customers sometimes. Also when I make a call, the number is delayed and not shown in my recent calls for atleast a minute. I work for a cellular company so no it is not my phones data speed or my Wi-Fi. The app is just buggy and I would never recommend it to anyone.
