Stuck in a Loop...Says Your email address or email domain is already on ring central in the company with a different account. Please contact customer some work for further information. I contacted customer support and I can log in on a computer, but I can't log in on a phone, so how do I make calls?

Won't ring all devices at once or ring primary phone first then mobile app even when the proper settings are selected. Desk phone should ring first then mobile app or both should ring at same time and they don't.

This app keeps saying no internet connection when I have full service. My calls keep getting hung up on which is extremely frustrating

Works great for everything except phone calls. People can't here me most of the time on phone calls or other times I can't hear them. The voice calls on this app are horrible. I've reported this before. We did all of the troubleshooting. The problem is not my data connection. My data connection is perfect. I have 4 bars 4G or 5G. The problem still exists when I'm connected to wifi. That shouldn't even matter though. Most of the time I'm not near wifi. I use other data voice apps (e.g.Goo

The phone call is always lagging. I've tried working across different wifi networks, I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and installed the app several times but this is a constant issue. After a point I end up using a different app to call.

It started out fine. But now it's been acting up. Calls not getting through, dropped, can't hear you. It's been going on for months. I've emailed them several times and nothing. Terrible.

Terrible. This business has no idea what they are doing. There used to be 5 apps you had to install manually. Now it does it automatically but there are still 5 different UIs that get switched between seemingly randomly.
