The service works OK. Canceling took 3 hours. Called 3 times but as soon as it was clear I wanted to cancel, they hung up on me

Well I call and trying to explain the problem but Indian or who ever working there don't speak English always thinking of other problems not fixing right away if you order an device you can't cancel it I have to call to cancel it.
