UPDATED NEGATIVE REVIEW: RingCentral DOESN'T CARE, they don't want your business. If you have never had a serious issue with your RingCentral service then you have NO RIGHT to comment on this review. RingCentral will ignore you when they are having technical issues and make it so you cannot call, text, submit a ticket, all will be blocked. Customer "NOT" Service and now the actual phone system itself BOTH SUCK. I have been with RC over 10 years, back when they used to care and have service.

Usually works good. Currently not working for Android.
Awful SMS does not function. You can barely send or receive SMS messages. Therefore unable to communicate with your staff or clients. Now moved to a much cheaper and reliable service.

Can someone explain to me why this app does not work good on xiaomi phones? Do i have do do something special in order for app to work the way it should?

Uninstalled the app because their support is very unresponsive. I had one very simple question and they kept sending me a link to read a support page total BS.

Decent app. Why doesn't the dialer allow you to do T9 searching for numbers like most smartphones' native dialers? Why (when you click contacts) is your Company Directory first? Why not Personal Contacts, where each user has imported their hundreds of Contacts from Microsoft 365 (or that are already on their phone)? Audio Bluetooth headset with cell is unusable no fix on this major issue. Had to revert to manual BT when needed.
