Doesn't accepts Indian debit cards, what's the use of downloading this if I can't use its services

Hi Michael, acceptance of Indian-issued credit cards is not a RingCentral decision. It is made by the Indian government not to allow recurring subscriptions to be purchased. A possible workaround is to use a credit card from a different issuing country. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Great concept, except half our texts won't go through. Cannot find any tech support for the app.

I've used this app for years and the cost has skyrocketed for what I need (I work alone). This past week, there is no longer that little number on top of the app icon to show I have messages so I keep missing messages and it has affected my work, I have missed texts about meetings and important issues. Very frustrating and no way to fix it.

Useless. I had a meeting with my lawyer and this thing would never download. All it did was spin. So I missed my meeting and now I have to try and reschedule.

Hi Jaie, usually this occurs because of an issue with the Google Play Store, not the app itself. In the future, if you can't install the app, try clearing your data for the Google Play store by going to System Settings -> Play Store app -> Storage -> Clear Data. Hope this helps!
