Brand new to RingCentral. I find it has confusing layers to navigate through and I feel like there is going to be a very large learning curve to understanding what is what. Things don't seem straightforward.. can't figure out how to delete contact when it pulled over 2 emails for someone- but only need one. Not sure I will keep on my phone.

The app randomly deleted contacts from my phone early this morning without my permission, and I can't recover them. This app is terrible.

On Nokia 3.4 screen flashes when I make or receive call. Phone stops responding. Have to force restart phone

Calls audibly ring but don't show up on the screen, or inside the RingCentral app at all, so they cannot be answered. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. It's always been glitchy but this recent issue completely depletes functionality.
