Calls audibly ring but don't show up on the screen, or inside the RingCentral app at all, so they cannot be answered. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. It's always been glitchy but this recent issue completely depletes functionality.

Texts don't send. 4g, 5g, wifi... doesn't matter. Messages fail to send. Absolutely frustrating.

I cannot answer calls on my phone, and there is no option to report errors or issues. It gets stuck at connecting and then the phone rings through without connecting.

It keeps dropping calls when I try to answer on my cell. Battery consumption is a bit high. Desktop is much more reliable.
