Things are working much better with the app. However, it's inability to properly self configured based on Bluetooth settings is a disaster and it's going to get someone killed. It's a reasonable expectation is that when you answer the phone the dialer application is aligned with system settings. RingCentral has simply not got this fixed.

Starting today I can no longer forward my lines on the app, I recieve an error message. Spoke to customer service and they didn't even help. The rep stated it was a problem with the update and I had to use the desktop version to forward lines. Why even offer the app if you can't even get it right? This is a huge inconvenience.

This company is stuck in the stone age. Can't recieve text messages. To make changes on your account you need to print out a form and fill it in and scan it and send it to them...

Honestly wish my employer would choose a different service. Texts don't go through more than half of the time. Especially if it's longer than a sentence (not even exaggerating). I don't receive calls from customers sometimes. Also when I make a call, the number is delayed and not shown in my recent calls for atleast a minute. I work for a cellular company so no it is not my phones data speed or my Wi-Fi. The app is just buggy and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Call logs not saved on phone app. I answer quite a lot of calls using my phone, but if I have to call back or missed any calls, no record about it. Uninstalled/Installed/updated to latest version available on PlayStore, still no fix.

This app is suddenly consuming a lot of battery life.

1/10 customer service for not knowing there product. For years the status for softphones showing offline has been an issue and never resolved. Call queues cannot be sent to an outside number so best of luck with an answering service. You can use forwarding to a user to forward out but when the soft phones never show online it just never works. 1/10 for a half baked product. When porting main phone number I was down 24 hours, due to them. Support shrugged their shoulders, goodbye $8k revenue.
