RingCentral is phenomenal and the app works for my extension fine. However, this issue is that the Bluetooth connection disconnects when I answer a call. I hear it ring in my polyv5200 but then nothing. I have to use the speaker or hold the phone to my ear

I take reception calls, for nearly a month now it keeps throwing me into a "meeting" that doesn't exist. I go in to our morning meet...leave. All's well I calls come in. If I have to exit the app..come back to being unavailable and missed calls thus affecting my work performance. Already made a ticket..seems to be no resolution for it. It's VERY AGGREVATING.

This app is utter garbage and I sincerely wish I could use a different one for work. Between calls being super, spotty even though my phone has full signal, unable to send or receive text messages, it literally makes doing the job impossible. Being the manager of 60 people and unable to send a single text message is ridiculous.

Text message deliverability with the app is very hit-and-miss. Phone calls typically drop after 60-90 seconds calling from the app

It gets the job done but with the amount of connectivity issues I have with full bars of 5g service makes actually working a nightmare at times. Edit AGAIN.. this time YOU WONT LET ME SEND TEXTS AND ITS BEEN THIS WAY FOR DAYS. Kinda hard to do half my job when you FAIL every message! Like, seriously I wish I could advocate my boss to get something else cause I never not have problems.
