Never choose this App! It's a trap! I can't cancel. There is no way to contact them. The service is electronic. Everything is charged! Sheer mistake! If you activate the App you will be stuck with them just like me. Lack of respect for the consumer!

Had to give payment method to install it! Dr. Was calling any minute so I had to comply..not happy. I couldn't see the Drs face.

This latest update is terrible. If I have to write a long message and tag the team or multiple people by the time I post it undoes half or all of my tags! Then I click edit, and have to retag each person one at a time. I have no clue why its like this but it's a nightmare

Used to be able to play my voicemail now it just keeps trying to get it to play. Connected via Wifi so no issue on connection.

the app with car Bluetooth its just allowing the call to be accepted without my consent , is there any fix for this?

Update: It has only got worse, deserves negative stars. Now my Bluetooth is recognized at all. A phone App is suppose to improve your call experience not make it absolutely terrible. If this continues I guess I have to move the company phones to another service.
